Hello there deviantART goers and you creepy art-stalkers!

I'm Michelle, a 25 yr old animation student at the Laguna College of Art and Design! I've been drawing literally since I could hold a crayon and my mom's got the scribbly toddler art framed in her basement to prove it! My favorite things to draw are people and animals. I detest doing backgrounds, not because I can't do them, but because I get lost in all the silly little details when I'm making one and I usually end up never finishing it. Though, when I DO finish a background, it ends up looking pretty epic. I really want to go into story development/storyboarding or character design in the future.

And now about that little copywrite thing

While I do very much encourage the use of other peoples artwork as a grounds for practice, please to not flat out trace my artwork. I don't mind if you mimic the poses or style, but please at least attempt to make the new piece your own. IF you must trace for the sake of practicing forms and shapes (which is fine) I ask that you not publish or release such images as your own.
